How We Started
One Truck. One Smoker.
Lester's Mountain Meats started with one food truck and a single smoker. Every cut is hand-trimmed in-house and smoked low and slow over real wood — no shortcuts. Today Lester's Mountain Meats is a family-owned food truck, smoked-meat business, catering company, and event venue, and we're opening a permanent home at our Cedar Bluff, Virginia location.
Our Promise
If we sale it, we made it.
We cure and prepare our own bacon, sausage, ham, and other meats using traditional methods. These house-made products are used throughout our food menu and are also available for customers to purchase and prepare at home.
